What you’ll be doing
- Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across domestic portfolios.
- Completing remedial works and repairs following testing to ensure installations meet current standards.
- First and second fix electrical installations in domestic properties.
- General electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repair work.
- Ensuring all digital certification and compliance paperwork is completed accurately and submitted via a provided laptop & EasyCert.
What we’d like from you
You will have a strong electrical background. While electrical expertise is the priority, additional multi‑trade experience (e.g., minor making good/carpentry related to electrical installs) will be beneficial.
Essential qualifications and requirements you’ll have
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent apprenticeship)
- City & Guilds 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671:2018)
- City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395) Inspection and Testing qualification
- Full clean UK driving licence
Bonus/desirable qualifications and requirements
- Gold Card (JIB/ECS)
- Experience with Solar PV or EV charging installations

You must hold a valid, clean UK driving licence as driving is required for this position.
