We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join us at our growing building maintenance company in Bath.

What you’ll be doing: You will use your carpentry and trades experience to provide high-quality carpentry and customer service on both domestic and commercial properties, including major works, refurbishments & renovations. Your day-to-day jobs will be varied, including (but not limited to) first and second fix carpentry, kitchen fitting, flooring, door and window repairs/installations, assisting with bathroom and wet room installations, alongside other multi-trade activities. You will be expected to manage time & productivity effectively on the job, organise materials and manage your appointments in a timely manner. You will be asked to write an accurate job report on each job you attend, communicating with the relevant Contract Administrator or Manager if any issues arise.

Qualifications and technical skills we’d love to see:
- NVQ 2/3 or equivalent experience in Carpentry/Joinery or similar, alternatively a relevant & documented extensive work experience
- An up-to-date CSCS card and CRB check preferred but not essential
- Experience with domestic and commercial properties
- Experience with Roofing or minor glazing would be highly beneficial, but not essential
- A good all round building knowledge is preferred but not essential
