With a genuinely manageable caseload of c.60 files, you will receive onboarding and post-completion support, so you can comfortably manage your caseload and focus on providing the best service to our clients. Essential experience:

  • Minimum of 1.5-2 years managing your own Residential Conveyancing caseload
  • Leasehold and freehold purchases
  • Shared ownership transactions
  • Help to Buy

Desirable experience:

  • Bridging loans
  • Knowledge of the Building Safety Act

Key responsibilities:

  • Organising and managing your caseload, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals
  • Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, and preparing reports
  • Reviewing draft contract packs and search results (local, environmental, etc.)
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
  • Keeping clients, mortgage brokers and estate agents updated in line with our SLA turnaround times
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures, and maintaining accurate file records
  • Delivering an excellent standard of client care throughout the transaction
