With a genuinely manageable caseload of c.60 files, you will receive onboarding and post-completion support, so you can comfortably manage your caseload and focus on providing the best service to our clients. As we grow our team, you'll have the opportunity to influence how things are done rather than simply being a cog in a machine, while shaping your future career goals with a company that is committed to helping you achieve them. Essential experience:
- Minimum of 1.5-2 years managing your own Residential Conveyancing caseload
- Leasehold and freehold purchases
- Shared ownership transactions
- Help to Buy
Desirable experience:
- Bridging loans
- Knowledge of the Building Safety Act
Key responsibilities:
- Organising and managing your caseload, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals
- Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, and preparing reports
- Reviewing draft contract packs and search results (local, environmental, etc.)
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
- Keeping clients, mortgage brokers and estate agents updated in line with our SLA turnaround times
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures, and maintaining accurate file records
- Delivering an excellent standard of client care throughout the transaction
