Experience:
- 1.5-2 years managing your own Residential Conveyancing caseload
- Leasehold and freehold purchases
- Shared ownership transactions
- Help to Buy
- Bonus experience: Bridging loans
- Knowledge of the Building Safety Act
Key responsibilities:
- Organising and managing your caseload, liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other professionals
- Conducting title checks, raising and responding to enquiries, and preparing reports
- Reviewing draft contract packs and search results (local, environmental, etc.)
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
- Keeping clients, mortgage brokers and estate agents updated in line with our SLA turnaround times
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures, and maintaining accurate file records
- Delivering an excellent standard of client care throughout the transaction
