We are looking for a Team Leader at Your Space Mansfield! Lead the fun, inspire your team, and help people feel good! At BPL we're all about helping people feel good-and as a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in bringing that to life at our Your Space Retford site.

More about the role: As a Team Leader, you'll be the friendly face that motivates and supports your team to deliver amazing experiences for every guest that walks through our doors. You'll lead from the front-whether that's greeting customers, or coordinating your team. You'll inspire your team by creating a positive, engaging environment and helping them grow in their roles. You'll keep everyone in the loop, share new ideas, and support the development of our fantastic team members. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment and knows how to bring the best out in others.

  • Lead and support the day-to-day running of Your Space Mansfield
  • Coach, motivate and develop team members
