We are looking for a Team Leader at Your Space Mansfield! Become a Team Leader! Lead the fun, inspire your team, and help people feel good! At BPL we're all about helping people feel good—and as a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in bringing that to life at our Your Space Retford site.
More about the role: As a Team Leader, you'll be the friendly face that motivates and supports your team to deliver amazing experiences for every guest that walks through our doors. You'll lead from the front—whether that's greeting customers, or coordinating your team. You'll inspire your team by creating a positive, engaging environment and helping them grow in their roles. You'll keep everyone in the loop, share new ideas, and support the development of our fantastic team members. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, fun environment and knows how to bring the best out in others.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the day-to-day running of Your Space Mansfield
- Coach, motivate and develop team members
- Help train new staff and share best practices
- Ensure high standards of safety, service, and cleanliness
- Be a point of contact for customers and handle any queries with a smile

Hours of work:
Average 40 hr p/w as part of a 3 week working rota
Week 1: Monday 05.30 - 14.00, Tuesday 14.00 - 22.00, Wednesday 14.00 - 22.00, Thursday 14.00 - 22.00, Friday 14.30 - 22.00, Saturday/Sunday OFF
Week 2: Monday 14.00 - 22.00, Tuesday 09.00 - 16.00, Wednesday 05.30 - 13.30, Thursday 05.30 - 13.30, Friday 05.30 - 13.30, Saturday/Sunday OFF
