We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Sports Centre Team Member to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring our facilities are ready for customers and maintained to a high standard. You'll complete daily tasks and welcome changes that help us to work better, you will be ready to jump in and help customers or your teammates anytime. You will help to make our spaces feel warm and welcoming for all. You will own your performance and work hard to meet your daily tasks and goals. You will always find new ways to make work better and help people to feel good!
Main Responsibilities
- Set up and pack away sports equipment for various activities and events.
- Oversee and maintain the Astro Turf areas, ensuring they are safe, clean, and ready for use.
- Assist customers with bookings and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor activity areas to ensure health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Support the wider team with general duties around the sports centre.
