We’re looking for an Operations Manager at our Your Space Bircotes site. This isn’t just any leadership role – it’s your chance to help people feel good every day by bringing our spaces to life. The role of an Operations Manager is to support operations at our sites whilst working with our business leaders to drive strategic goals to be good for our communities, employees and customers. This role is perfect for someone ready to make people feel good, have fun, keep learning and develop themselves.

Typical duties include:

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure safe, clean, and well‑maintained facilities.
• Lead, support, and develop site teams to ensure effective performance and a positive staff culture.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and member experience are consistently delivered.
• Facilitate feedback with customers and employees.
• Drive site‑level business performance, including membership growth, retention, and financial targets.
• Implement organisational priorities and ensure operational policies, procedures, and compliance standards are followed.
• Act as the link between leadership and site teams, ensuring clear communication and consistent delivery of strategic aims.

For your development, our Operations Manager positions have the added benefit of moving to new sites in the BPL group to gain experience, learn new skills, be mentored by new leaders and work on upcoming exciting projects at BPL.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week (3 week rota). Rotas will include earlies, lates, weekends and Bank Holidays in line with the needs of the business.
