As a Team Leader, you’ll be the friendly face that motivates and supports your team to deliver amazing experiences for every customer that walks through our doors. You’ll lead from the front—whether that’s greeting customers, coordinating team activities, hosting parties, serving food and drinks, or ensuring the play area is safe, clean, and full of energy. You’ll inspire your team by creating a positive, engaging environment and helping them grow in their roles. You’ll keep everyone in the loop, share new ideas, and support the development of our fantastic team members. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate event staff before, during, and after events
- Lead event set‑ups, layouts, equipment installation, and de‑rigs efficiently and safely
- Allocate duties to staff and ensure all tasks are completed to agreed timelines
- Act as the main point of contact on‑site for event operations
- Ensure all event spaces are prepared according to client and operational requirements
- Monitor staff performance, timekeeping, and conduct during events
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and risk assessments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly during live events
- Maintain communication with event managers, clients, and suppliers
- Oversee the safe handling, transportation, and storage of event equipment
- Complete post‑event checks and report any issues or damages
