In this desk-based role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Diagnosing faults and managing resolutions efficiently across a wide range of telecom services.
- Understanding customer needs and guiding them through implementation.
- Liaising with suppliers and escalating technical queries where appropriate.
- Provisioning telecom products and services accurately and promptly.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a telecommunications support role.
- Solid technical understanding of telecom systems; familiarity with Asterisk-based phone systems is a bonus.
