About the Job:

Due to our impressive consistent growth and strong ambitions within the IT & Telecoms sector, we are currently recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible for improving our business efficiency through analysis of internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with the business to identify value add opportunities
  • Inputting into the overall health and optimal use of business systems
  • Managing the scoping, development, implementation, and training of all medium to large business system change requests
  • Producing monthly system status updates including RAG status

Skills / Experience Required:

  • 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst with experience with process optimisation
  • Broad understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI
  • Intermediate/Advance Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Knowledge of Union Street aBILLity, Hubspot, would be advantageous
  • Confident to lead and develop this new function
  • High level of personal motivation & ability to communicate at all levels
