We are looking for an experienced, energetic and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our dedicated team at Dorothy Hyman Sports Centre. The role involves leading the delivery of sports sessions that will help the development of BPL’s community sports programme, which is currently being delivered to all age groups.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning high-quality sessions to ensure that each session is enjoyable, supports individual development, and is safe for all attending.
- Adapting to situations in sessions as and when they arise.
- Bringing new ideas and initiatives to the community sports programme to help the development of sports in BPL.
- Completing daily tasks and welcoming changes that help us to work better.
- Helping customers or teammates whenever needed.
- Creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.
