As a Preconstruction Trainee you will be directly involved in supporting the initiation and completion of projects in the preconstruction services agreement (bidding) phase of our projects. This role is all about collaborating with our client company Willmott Dixon colleagues to ensure that process deliverables are prepared and submitted on time.
This programme will give you a great foundation; you will get exposure to many areas of our business through placements in different disciplines such as Site Management and Quantity Surveying to develop your understanding of the construction business as a whole and not just your chosen specialism of Preconstruction. Our management trainee programme is 2 to 5 years in duration (depending upon your entry point) and will give you the chance to earn while you learn and give you valuable work experience alongside part-time study for a level 6 qualification that is paid for by Willmott Dixon. Upon graduation from the programme you will progress into an Assistant (Preconstruction) Project Manager role.
