Overview Willmott Dixon are looking to recruit a SHE Manager to join our central SHE team to provide support within our London and the East region (Northern home counties, East Anglia). This role will be predominantly site based covering project sites across the region; there is the flexibility to work from home some of the time when you are not site or office based. Candidates should ideally be able to monitor, advise, support, enforce and report upon standards of health, safety and environment and compliance to statutory and company requirements. Responsibilities The main role of a SHE Manager is to ensure our sites keep up to date with current legislation and group policy and procedures and ensure this is effectively communicated. You will also look for new and innovative ways of working to improve Health, Safety and Environment performance and ensure compliance with statutory legislation.
