Willmott Dixon is looking for a bright and ambitious graduate to join our Management Trainee programme in Design Management within our Construction Wales & West, working on exciting projects throughout South West. This is more than just a first job in construction – it’s a launch pad for future leaders. The programme gives you real responsibility from day one, structured learning and the chance to help shape communities through the buildings we deliver.
The programme will give you a great foundation; you will get exposure to many areas of our business through placements in different disciplines such as Site Management, Estimating and Quantity Surveying to develop your understanding of the construction business as a whole and not just your chosen specialism of Design Management / Site Management / Quantity Surveying. The graduate management trainee programme is 2 to 3 years in duration (depending upon your degree). We welcome applications from graduates studying a construction‑related degree (2‑year programme) as well as graduates from other subjects (3‑year programme). Upon graduation from the programme, you will progress into an Assistant Design Manager / Assistant Site Manager / Assistant Quantity Surveyor roles.
