BPI Painting & Decorating are looking for an experienced and reliable Painter & Decorator to join our team. You will work across a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and can consistently deliver a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing surfaces, including filling, sanding, caulking and making good
  • Applying paint using brushes, rollers and other appropriate equipment
  • Hanging wallpaper and carrying out other decorative finishes where required
  • Protecting floors, furniture, fixtures and surrounding areas before starting work
  • Producing consistently high-quality finishes
  • Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
  • Looking after tools, equipment and materials
  • Working efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Communicating professionally with customers, colleagues and other trades
  • Following company procedures and health & safety requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Have previous professional painting and decorating experience
  • Have strong preparation and finishing skills
  • Take pride in producing high-quality work
  • Be reliable, punctual and well organised
