This is a full-time hybrid role based in Leeds, offering some flexibility for remote work. As a Plant & Machinery Valuer, you will be responsible for conducting machinery and asset valuations, preparing detailed appraisal reports, and working closely with clients to meet their valuation needs. You will also collaborate with teams to support asset disposal projects, provide clear communication to clients, and uphold professional standards. Some travel may be required to inspect assets and facilities.
Qualifications- Experience in Plant & Machinery Appraisal, Valuation, and related practices
- Knowledge of UK Insolvency scenarios and expectations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail and analytical thinking for preparing accurate reports
- Proficient in time management and meeting deadlines
- Membership in a professional body such as RICS - not essential
- Ability to travel occasionally and flexibility to work in a hybrid environment
