Build Something Exceptional. Lead from the Front.
Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors qualified and ambitious? Ready to build a department—not just join one?
At BPI Asset Advisory, we are creating a dedicated Property Valuation division to sit alongside our established valuation and asset advisory business, and we’re looking for an exceptional individual to lead it. This is a rare opportunity to build a service line from the ground up, with the backing of an established brand, strong financial support, and—most importantly—work already waiting. Existing clients across insolvency, restructuring, and secured lending have committed to instructing us, giving the successful candidate a genuine platform to grow something meaningful from day one.
The Opportunity
As Head of Property Valuation, you will lead the launch and growth of our property offering, delivering professional valuation advice primarily for:
- Insolvency and restructuring appointments
- Secured lending valuations
- Loan security reviews
- Asset recovery and disposal strategy
You’ll have the autonomy of an entrepreneurial role, with the security and infrastructure of an established business behind you.
What You’ll Be Building
This isn’t a “steady-state” role. This is a chance to:
- Create and shape a new division
- Build valuation processes and reporting standards
- Develop key lender and insolvency practitioner relationships
- Recruit and grow your own team over time
- Become a strategic leader within the wider business
- Help establish one of the UK’s leading specialist advisory teams
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- MRICS / FRICS qualified
- Experienced in professional property valuation
- Comfortable working across commercial property sectors
- Ideally familiar with insolvency, restructuring, LPA receivership, or secured lending work
- Entrepreneurial, commercially minded, and ambitious
- Excited by the challenge of building rather than inheriting
What We Offer
Hybrid working based around our Leeds office
Highly competitive salary + performance incentives
Clear route to senior leadership / equity opportunity for the right individual
Full operational, compliance, and business development support
Immediate access to an established professional client network
The chance to create a genuine market-leading division
For the right person, this is career-defining. Not just a new role—a blank canvas with a guaranteed pipeline and the support to build something outstanding.
