Scheme Manager (With Care) Northamptonshire Salary: £32,821 per annum including car allowance Full-Time | 37 hours per week | Permanent Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Are you passionate about supporting people to live independently and thrive in their homes? We’re looking for a proactive and compassionate Scheme Manager to join our team, working across two of our supported housing schemes for older people in Northamptonshire. To succeed in this role, you’ll need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travel between sites is essential. What you’ll be doing: * Welcoming and assessing new residents to ensure they can maintain a tenancy independently. * Delivering tailored housing support and creating personalised support plans. * Managing tenancies, including rent monitoring, void management, and re-letting. * Promoting resident wellbeing by supporting activities and community engagement. * Overseeing scheme budgets and identifying service needs. * Supervising on-site staff such as caretakers or handypersons. * Handling housing-related issues including arrears, ASB, and repairs. * Ensuring the building meets all health, safety, and compliance standards. What we’re looking for: * Experience working with vulnerable individuals and within a housing setting. * A genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy, varied workload. * Confidence to work independently and make sound decisions. * Familiarity with safeguarding practices. * Solid IT skills and comfort with digital tools.
