Full-Time | 37 hours per week | Permanent Monday to Friday, hours can be worked flexibly between core hours of 8am 6pm
Are you passionate about supporting people to live independently and thrive in their homes? Were looking for a proactive and compassionate Scheme Manager to join our team and support customers with complex needs to maintain stable housing and improve their well-being.
This opportunity will involve working across two of our supported housing schemes for older people in Northamptonshire so a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
What youll be doing:
Welcome new residents and help them settle in so they can live independently.
Provide personalised support, including creating tailored plans based on each residents needs.
Manage tenancies, such as keeping track of rent, handling empty properties, and arranging new lettings.
Support resident wellbeing by encouraging involvement in activities and the wider community.
Oversee budgets and help identify what services are needed.
Deal with housing issues, including rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, and repairs.

Experience working with vulnerable individuals and within a housing setting.
A genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy, varied workload.
Confidence to work independently and make sound decisions.
An ability to risk assess situations and recognise where additional support is required
An understanding of safeguarding practices.
Solid IT skills and comfort with digital tools.
