About The Role

Are you someone who enjoys keeping things organised and helping people have a great experience? We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at bpha. You’ll support the recruitment process from start to finish and play a big part in making sure candidates and hiring managers feel supported every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Organising and booking interviews and recruitment events, keeping everyone informed along the way.
  • Keeping recruitment records up to date and managing our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Supporting onboarding, making sure checks and paperwork are completed on time.
  • Answering questions from candidates and managers and providing a helpful, positive service.
  • Keeping the Recruitment Manager up to date with how recruitment activity is progressing.
  • Getting involved in recruitment projects and helping us improve how we do things.

Key Areas Of Strength

  • Strong, well-evidenced admin skills and great attention to detail.
  • The ability to juggle different tasks and priorities in a busy environment, keeping a stable and appropriate pace.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new things.
  • Confident, friendly communication skills and a helpful approach.
  • Experience in recruitment or HR is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Confidence using systems and technology (including applicant tracking systems, or a willingness to learn).
  • An understanding of confidentiality and data protection, or an interest in developing this knowledge.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • CIPD Level 3 is desirable, but we’re happy to support you to work towards it.
