As an HR Assistant you will help form the cornerstone of our HR Ops Team, working in collaboration with the other HR Assistants you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support. Lifecycle administration to reporting, recruitment administration to onboarding and everything in between, this role is varied and interesting.

As a team we have chosen to come into the office a couple of times each week to keep in touch with everyone and expand on our shared knowledge, team links and culture. Although working remotely forms part of our week, we continue to collaborate via Microsoft Teams throughout the day.

Given the variety of the role, there will be opportunities to roll up your sleeves and get involved with a wider range of HR activities and initiatives, so we need someone who is comfortable broadening their skillset and experience within an HR setting, whilst helping to make our projects successful.
