At bpha, our residents' safety is our top priority. We're looking for an experienced Fire Safety Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of fire safety projects across our housing portfolio, ensuring compliance, driving improvements, and helping us create safer homes and communities.

As Fire Safety Delivery Manager, you will:
- Lead and deliver fire safety projects across bpha's housing stock, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget.
- Support the delivery of fire safety compliance and statutory obligations across the organisation.
- Oversee contractor performance, ensuring quality standards, KPIs and compliance requirements are consistently achieved.
- Manage fire safety contracts and programmes, identifying and resolving defects, delays and project risks.
- Audit and quality assure Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), ensuring remedial actions are prioritised, monitored and completed within agreed timescales.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety legislation, building safety requirements and CDM regulations.
- Produce and present compliance reports, project updates, governance papers and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain accurate compliance data and support responses to audits, inspections and assurance reviews.
- Build effective relationships with residents, contractors, regulators and internal stakeholders to improve safety outcomes.
- Participate in out-of-hours escalation arrangements and support the wider Building Safety Team where required.
Person Specification
- Extensive experience in fire safety compliance and Fire Risk Assessment auditing.
- Strong understanding of fire safety legislation, guidance and regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing fire safety projects, contracts and programmes.
- Knowledge of wider landlord compliance responsibilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to achieving quality outcomes.
- Degree qualification, or equivalent, in Construction, Building Services or a related discipline.
- Fire Safety qualification at Level 4 or equivalent.
- Relevant professional fire safety qualification or accreditation or working towards one.
