We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or someone with up to one year’s relevant experience who is keen to develop a career in treasury and finance within the housing sector. You will support the day‑to‑day activities of the Treasury function and gain hands‑on experience across cash management, funding, financial risk and long‑term financial planning, working closely with experienced colleagues who will support your development.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting daily and short‑term cash flow forecasting and liquidity monitoring
- Assisting with debt administration, covenant compliance and lender reporting
- Helping to maintain treasury system, models and long‑term funding forecasts
- Supporting interest rate and financial risk management activities
- Assisting with the preparation of reports for internal stakeholders and external funders
- Contributing to treasury projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About you
- Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in treasury and finance
- Degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics or a related discipline, or graduate with up to one year’s experience in a finance or analytical role
- Interest in financial modelling and treasury activities
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
