Job Description
Housing Officer (Complex Case Team)Bedford, Permanent, Full time (37 hours per week)Up to £37,000 per annum, including car allowance - Based on skills and experience We are looking for a self-motivated individual, preferably with Housing Management experience to manage safeguarding and complex anti-social behaviour (ASB), ensuring a strong customer focus at all times.
Managing safeguarding and complex ASB cases for the Home Team, ensuring legislation is followed and focusing on long term solutions.
Working alongside the generic Housing Officers to ensure that comprehensive, consistent services are provided to our customers, ensuring they are at the heart of everything we do.
Excellent customer service skills putting the customer at the heart of what we do Good problem-solving, negotiation and influencing skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent time management and organisational skills Experience of working in partnership with internal teams and external organisations to achieve shared goals Please note the successful candidate will need to complete a Basic DBS application.
