Early Careers Coordinator Salary: £28,000 per annum Location: Hybrid Hours: 37 hours per week Creating opportunities. Growing talent. Building future careers. We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Early Careers Coordinator to help deliver and develop our early careers offer across apprenticeships, graduate programmes and work experience placements. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting people at different stages of their career journey while helping bpha build a strong pipeline of future talent. You'll work closely with learners, graduates, managers, schools, colleges, universities and training providers to create engaging and inclusive programmes that provide meaningful development opportunities and positive experiences. What you'll be doing Coordinating apprenticeship, graduate and work experience programmes from attraction through to completion. Supporting recruitment, onboarding, inductions and ongoing programme activities. Building strong relationships with managers, participants, training providers, schools, colleges and universities. Attending careers events and promoting bpha's early careers opportunities to a diverse range of candidates. (Full driving license and use of a vehicle required) Coordinating mentoring, development opportunities and support networks across all programmes. Monitoring programme performance, maintaining accurate records and using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
