Hours: 37 hours per week, permanent contract Reporting to: Healthy Homes Senior Project Manager At bpha, we're committed to providing safe, healthy, and high-quality homes for our customers.
We're looking for an organised Healthy Homes Coordinator , who will provide day-to-day administration and coordination support across Healthy Homes, disrepair cases, Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) actions, and works associated with Awaab's Law.
You'll work closely with surveyors, contractors, customers, and colleagues across the business to ensure cases are managed efficiently, accurately, and within required timescales.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer Healthy Homes, HHSRS, disrepair, and Awaab's Law-related casework.
- Maintain accurate records across relevant housing and asset management systems.
- Arrange customer appointments, issue correspondence, and track case progress.
- Monitor and manage no-access cases in line with established procedures.
- Liaise with contractors, surveyors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of actions.
- Produce reports and management information to support service delivery and performance monitoring.
