We are seeking an Allocations & Lettings Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Allocations & Lettings Team, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently, accurately and within agreed timescales.
The role plays a key part in supporting tenancy management processes, property lettings, garage allocations, mutual exchanges and customer communications, helping to deliver an effective and customer-focused service.
This position is required to support the smooth administration of lettings and allocations activities, maintain accurate records and data, coordinate key customer and stakeholder communications, and ensure compliance with organisational procedures and performance targets.

As an Allocations & Lettings Administrator, you'll play an important role in helping customers access and sustain their homes while being part of a supportive team focused on delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of tenancy terminations, property lettings and new applications.
- Manage garage applications, allocations and tenancy administration.
- Support mutual exchange applications and ensure key deadlines are met.
- Act as a first point of contact for enquiries, providing excellent customer service and liaising with internal teams.
- Process sign-up queries, customer refunds, CORE forms and tenancy amendments.
- Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate records in line with organisational procedures.
- Ensure customer and property information is accurate, up to date and handled confidentially.
Person Specification
- Strong administrative, organisational and data management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused and empathetic approach.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
