BPerfect Cosmetics is a demanding environment that is rapidly growing. We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Retail Manager to apply for this position in our Aberdeen Megastore. You must be able to take responsibility for managing the BPerfect store efficiently along with promotion of the brand. Work towards constantly striving to grow and improve the store. You must be able to understand and set targets and tasks given at hand. This is a full-time position and the individual must have full flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required to do so.
We are looking for passionate and motivated team leaders with strong selling skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Our store will offer a busy and fast-paced environment. To succeed you will need to be a customer-focused Makeup Artist with a positive “can-do” attitude and enjoy working as part of a team. Please note: It is ideal that you have a high level of flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities- To direct the team efficiently, be motivating, and informative during team meetings, and briefings regarding product launches and procedures.
- You must ensure to be a team leader, and lead by example, motivate the team and help enhance the team performances to reach and exceed the targets set within store.
- To provide outstanding customer service by always identifying each customer’s needs, and going above and beyond for customers, if needed.
- Passion for the brand, products, and customers with preference to have Beauty background.
- Ensure you can effectively liaise and communicate with the Area Manager, at BPerfect Cosmetics.
- Demonstrate and encourage reliability, and flexibility as the business demands.
- You must be able to lead by example in meeting set targets.
- Have the ability to help develop staff knowledge on how to best drive sales to the fullest and support the growth of the company.
Retail management experience minimum of 3-5 years. Sales and commercial experience. Knowledge of cosmetics and the products within. Familiarity of the BPerfect brand. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
