We\’re growing — and looking for a Business Development Manager who can help us open doors, build partnerships, and win high-value projects in hospitality, design, and construction.What You’ll Do Identify and contact potential clients: restaurants, hotels, architects, MEP firms, developers Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings Pitch and coordinate “lunch-and-learn” sessions with target firms Relationship Building Build and manage strong B2B relationships with decision-makers and project teams Collaborate with our acoustic and audio designers on tailored proposals Represent BPE Audio at events, tradeshows, and networking opportunities Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, pitch, and close Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in our CRM Report on leads, conversions, and growth KPIs Strategic Input Provide feedback on market trends, competitor moves, and client needs Help shape sales packages tailored to each sector (hospitality, architecture, newbuilds) What You’ll Need 3+ years experience in B2B sales or business development Experience selling to hospitality, design, or construction sectors Excellent communication and presentation skills Comfortable with longer project sales cycles and technical sales CRM experience and a proactive, results-driven approach Experience working with architects, contractors, or MEP consultants Background in AV, audio tech, or acoustics French language skills (for Paris/Monaco markets) What We Offer Base salary + uncapped commission Autonomy, impact, and a clear path to growth The chance to shape the voice and reach of a rising brand in audio + acoustics Travel opportunities to exciting projects in the UK and abroad Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Business Development and Sales Get notified when a new job is posted.
