Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our dynamic team in the heart of the electronics manufacturing industry. Located in Leicester, this role is vital to our mission of providing exceptional electronic assembly services and ensuring top-notch product quality.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various production equipment and machinery.
- PCB Assembly Cleaning both manually and by Automation.
- Conformal Coating both manually and by Automation
- Wave soldering
- Cutting, stripping, crimping, tinning for cable and wiring assemblies
- Mechanical Builds, Utilising hand, bench and power tools effectively.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Programming & Testing
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Skills Required
- Experience in an assembly or production based role.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of Electronic parts, ESD Best Practice and soldering skills are preferred but not necessary as full training will be provided.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
