What’s the Job About? As part of our Engineering Division, you’ll lead Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) projects that lay the foundation for safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution. You’ll manage scope, budgets, and schedules, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with the highest safety and technical standards.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and deliver FEED projects from initial approval through to execution-ready handover, ranging from small single-discipline studies to large multi-discipline scopes.
- Define project scope, assumptions, interfaces, and manage change control, ensuring clear progress reporting and risk visibility.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and structured FEED reviews to achieve accurate, predictable outcomes.
- Develop reliable project estimates, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and delivery within approved constraints.
- Manage commercial and contractual aspects, including supplier engagement, bid evaluations, and invoice authorisation.
- Prepare technical and commercial documentation for procurement and support contract award recommendations.
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships through transparent communication and timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Ensure compliance with HSSEQ standards, industry codes, and BPA procedures, embedding safety by design and maintaining robust governance throughout FEED.
What You’ll Need:
- HND or degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or C&I preferred).
- Strong background in design, project engineering, or consultancy (oil & gas or high-hazard sectors desirable).
- Experience with procurement activities and technical bid evaluations advantageous.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in office applications; familiarity with project tools and engineering software is a plus.
- Valid UK driving licence.
Salary: Basic salary of £45,000 – £55,000 + Bonus
