Role Overview:
Services & Solutions is an internal global shared services organisation responsible for delivering centralised and standardised HR services for BP from various geographical delivery centres. The team is the first point of contact for HR-related matters, acting as policy and process experts dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
The Regional Delivery Centre People Core Specialist provides information and guidance to BP employees on employee processes and data changes across the Workday platform.
What you will do:
- Support the delivery and processing of high-volume HR activities within the HR system.
- Manage customer relationships and queries via our CRM system.
- Review and approve transactions in Workday to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Follow process user guides and standard data input forms accurately.
- Perform transactions related to designated workstreams in Core People Services.
- Maintain high integrity and respect for data privacy, taking steps to mitigate risks and escalate concerns as necessary.
What you will have:
- Experience working with high volumes of data.
- Foundational knowledge of systems such as Workday and Salesforce CRM.
- At least 1 yearβs experience processing terminations in Workday or other HR systems.
- Experience calculating statutory and discretionary redundancy payments (essential).
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills (essential).
