BP Rolls Automotive in Andover is expanding! As we transition to a full 24/7 operation to meet our customer needs, we’re looking for skilled and motivated Vehicle Mechanics to join our growing workshop team. If you have experience working on light commercial vehicles and want to be part of a forward-thinking, well-established and expanding automotive business, we’d love to hear from you.
Hours - 12 hour shift - 4 on 4 off - Night or Days shifts are available.

What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Vehicle Mechanics/Technicians with strong diagnostic and repair abilities.
- Minimum Level 2 qualified - Level 3 would be preferred.
- Proven background working on light commercial vehicles (LCVs) would be beneficial
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Flexibility to work on a 4 on / 4 off rotation. Either days or nights - your choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out high quality servicing, repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on a variety of light commercial vehicles
- Work efficiently to ensure vehicle turnaround times meet customer expectations
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety and quality standards
- Contribute positively to the workshop environment as part of a high performing team.
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance & repair must be held, Addition 2 years “on the job” experience.
- Reliable, capable and able to contribute to a high performing team.
