What we're looking for:

We seek managers with strong leadership or retail experience who can support and energize a team to excel in safety, customer service, operations, and team activities.

What you are responsible for:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team and all aspects of the forecourt and store operations, including our Wild Bean Cafe. Making sure that safety of yourself, your team, and the customer, in line with bp policies and procedures, is your top priority. Ensure legal and safety compliance through all of the stores operations e.g., food safety, underage sales, forecourt operations. Working with the team to deliver great customer service at every level through getting the basics right and listening to our customers and driving continuous improvement. As an Assistant Store Manager, it will be your responsibility to support with the teams management, including engagement of the store team, development, training, recruitment, and other people related tasks.
