As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team and all aspects of the forecourt and store operations, including our Wild Bean Cafe.
Making sure that safety of yourself, your team, and the customer, in line with bp policies and procedures, is your top priority.
Ensure legal and safety compliance through all of the store's operations e.g., food safety, underage sales, forecourt operations.
It will be your responsibility to support with the team's management, including engagement of the store team, development, training, recruitment, and other people related tasks.
