As a Transformation Partner - People Transition at BP PLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving significant organizational change initiatives, fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement across the business.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and facilitate sophisticated people transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective execution of change initiatives.
  • Apply agility core practices to enhance project delivery, promote iterative development, and increase organizational responsiveness.
  • Apply strong analytical thinking to assess current state, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven solutions for transformational challenges.
  • Drive culture and behaviour change through effective communication strategies, engagement, and leadership development.
  • Champion customer-centric thinking, ensuring all transformation efforts ultimately deliver enhanced value to internal and external customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to boost employee engagement throughout periods of significant change, addressing workforce concerns proactively.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and cross-functional collaborations to foster alignment, build consensus, and drive problem-solving.
  • Influence key partners at all levels of the organization to gain buy-in and support for transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct leadership assessments to identify development needs and support leaders in guiding their teams through change.
  • Manage change effectively by developing comprehensive change management plans, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems.
