The UK Services Lead is responsible for managing Local Delivery (Employee Data) and Payroll activities in the UK, including facilities, resource allocation, retention, and engagement. This role oversees projects such as acquisitions and divestments, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and maintaining strong partner relationships. The UK Services Lead drives quality customer experiences, economic benefits, and performance measurement, while leading a high-performing team.

To lead the Local Delivery and Payroll activities for the UK, including facilities, resource allocation, retention, and engagement:

  • Deliver local PC&C Operations required due to local regulatory requirements
  • Ensure safe and compliant UK PC&C Operations
  • Be a great partner with key customers, including Heads of Country HR
  • Drive quality customer experience, economic benefit realization, and performance measurement
  • Lead a high-performing, motivated, and engaged team
  • Handle resource allocation

What you'll bring:

  • Degree or professional qualification in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading UK payroll and employee data, ideally across a large global team with a customer base that has a blend of corporate and hourly or retail payroll
  • Programme management within an HR delivery setting
  • Proven track record in building and leading a shared service centre
  • Experience in managing third-party vendors
  • Strong business thinking to drive value
  • Adept at working on multiple concurrent projects with nominal supervision
  • Proven track record of improving/adding value
  • Externally orientated
  • Strong customer and stakeholder relationship skills
  • Analysis of leading practice, market trends, and benchmarking

Please note that this role will move to brand-new offices in Timber Square, Southwark around Q4 2027.
