Work with local change people in markets to coordinate stakeholder engagement where required; chair regular change forums.
  • Change impact & readiness: Lead cross-programme and Region impact assessments (people, process/ways of working, policy, tech), readiness reviews, and business readiness affecting sites and customers.

  • Build capability: In partnership with our internal learning teams, identify and build the core capabilities that will make M&C Europe a success (e.g. commercial acumen, data driven decision making).
  • Communications: Partner with business and country comms leads to develop the communications materials required to successfully embed change – raising awareness, increasing understanding, building commitment and galvanising our people into action. Ensure consistent change management messaging is included in regular business communications.
  • Management of change & benefits realisation: Define adoption key performance indicators, dashboards, and benefits tracking; coordinate a structured management of change process where work is moving from one location to another; reinforcement to secure behavioural change and value delivery.

Experience & qualifications:

  • Significant experience leading complex, multi-programme change in retail, convenience, energy, mobility, or similar operational, safety-critical environments.
