As our Materials Management Senior Advisor (Warehousing), you will help shape how we design, manage, and continuously improve the way materials are stored and delivered across our global operations. This is a role where your expertise truly influences how we work—and where your ideas can turn into real impact!

What you will do

  • Guide the development of our global warehousing strategy and ensure that we operate safely, efficiently, and consistently across all regions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Materials Management, Inventory, Logistics, and Operations to enhance the overall performance of our warehousing network.
  • Lead improvement initiatives that help us simplify processes, strengthen governance, and support teams at site level.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Shaping a global warehousing strategy that supports our wider business direction and reflects the realities of our operating environments.
  • Improving warehouse performance by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, reduce cost, enhance safety, and increase service reliability.

  • Leading warehousing projects that address layout, optimisation, and service improvements across multiple regions.
  • Building strong partnerships with internal teams and external providers to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for the business.

We work as one global team, and you will often be the link connecting regional operational insights with broader strategic decisions.
