The role holder will work closely with the Business Executive lead and Europe VP team assistant and the PU LT (Performance Unit) to drive the PU LT effectiveness in terms of business engagement in enabling and shaping business delivery.
Key Accountabilities:
- Together with the business, support manager to own and develop an integrated internal communication roadmap for the PU and in managing the internal communications channels (Viva engagement, Castrol Europe sharepoints/comms hub etc).
- Working closely with the Europe VP team assistant to support PU LT engagement of the organisation including content and format for regular all-hands meetings (e.g. Business Talks, Listening lounges, XLTs), sales/business conferences, customer meetings and events etc.
- Support the use of measurement (Pulse Survey, employee feedback) to gauge and adjust messaging and engagement effectiveness and use feedback to implement changes to engagement approaches.
- Support the internal engagement and communications within the PU in case of crisis and continuity situations including in the event of supply shortages (as required by the business).
Education:
- University degree or equivalent experience.
Essential Experience:
- Highly articulate individual with excellent written communications and presentation skills are essential.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to interact with staff at multiple levels of the organisation.
- Initiative, excellent communication skills, both oral & written.
- Ability to analyse and prioritise information rapidly.
- Bias for action and strong organisational skills including an attention to detail and process are required to manage a large agenda effectively.
