The role will design and lead people-centric transformation initiatives that are aligned to and deliver our strategic ambitions. About the opportunity: We are looking for a Transformation Partner, who will play a critical role in providing transformation expertise for our highest value projects across the different entities and across the different regions with deep expertise in organisational design & effectiveness. In this role, as the successful candidate, you will join the transformation program/project working group to drive and lead certain transformation elements and coordinate different sub-workstreams to ensure transformation strategy, business case, plan, milestones are achieved in these critical business transformations. What you will deliver: In more detail, some of your key job accountabilities will be: Shape and drive transformation programs/projects in line with Business strategy Together with the Business and Transformation Lead shape a high-quality transformation strategy and plan across all operating model, organisation and people elements of the program/project, provide thought leadership, build a decision driven critical path to ensure value is captured at the right time Provide expert advice on transformation capabilities including strategy activation, operating model, org design, share best methodology and external insights Collaborate with key partners, including Business SVPs & PC&C VPs leadership, senior leadership across finance, legal and other relevant teams as required to ensure alignment and successful execution of transformation programs/projects Lead the development and execution of agreed value drivers in respective projects Understand how business strategy is delivered and support business in identifying business problems, shape interventions, develop solutions and set up the delivery Drive overall development and execution of agreed value drivers across all workstreams. Direct tasks, communicate decisions to broader working team, monitor overall progress, coordinate dependencies, risk management and issue resolution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy activities as required to facilitate the smooth transformation of teams, processes and systems resulting from the respective project/program Partner with the business to shape interventions, develop solutions and set up delivery Undertake rapid efficiency reviews across the operating model – e.g. Lean Efficiency Review, Red team reviews Review operating model effectiveness and develop \’to- be\’ designs, leading on structural, process and cultural improvements to activate strategy Enable maximum integrated value by leading on organisational design, ways of working, governance, performance management and culture What you will need to be successful: Education: You will have Degree level education or masters (MBA), supplemented by professional certifications/ qualification in one or many of the transformation capabilities/ skills with clear focus on OD&E expertise.Skills: Deep business strategy understanding and organisational knowledge, sound commercial acumen, leadership in inspiring change, ability to co-create with and influence key senior partners Strong understanding of Transformation capabilities and scenarios – strategy activation, operating model, org design Experience with efficiency, offshoring, in- and outsourcing, growth transformations Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with multiple partners, competing priorities and challenging deadlines and driving commercial outcomes Problem solving & critical skillsConsulting skills – excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence a broad range of senior partners/leaders both internally and externally. Adaptability, teamwork, EMI and strong relationship management Ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments Essential Experience: It would be essential that you possess a global perspective and understanding of overall strategy work, experience in the energy sector, extensive experience, and consultancy background.
