Using a data-driven approach and digital and automation tools, the ROC Well Engineering Specialist identifies and removes drilling inefficiencies and performance barriers. The role also builds strong, collaborative working relationships across the Remote Operations Centre, regional engineering teams, and Wells technical specialists. Key Accountabilities
- Non-productive time avoidance: Analyse and monitor real-time operational data to prevent or minimise non-productive time events.
