L’hygiéniste industriel est un professionnel de la protection de la santé chargé de définir et de mettre en œuvre le plan d’hygiène industrielle (IH) du hub, en cohérence avec la stratégie santé de bp et les priorités locales de l’entreprise. Ce rôle garantit des opérations sûres, fiables et conformes en établissant, en appliquant et en maintenant les processus, procédures et plans IH.
Responsabilités clés :
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des programmes, normes et pratiques IH alignés sur la stratégie santé de bp et les priorités de l’entreprise.
- Réaliser des évaluations des risques professionnels liés à la santé (chimiques, physiques, biologiques, ergonomiques) et conseiller sur les mesures de prévention et de contrôle.
- Assurer la mise en œuvre durable des évaluations des risques pour la santé (HRA), des évaluations d’impact sur la santé (HIA) et de la surveillance sanitaire, conformément au suivi des expositions.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre le plan d’évaluation des expositions du hub.
- Garantir la conformité IH et réaliser des audits de vérification au niveau du site, de l’entreprise ou du hub.
- Déployer les outils numériques IH de bp pour la gestion des dangers, des risques et le suivi des expositions.
- Superviser les indicateurs de performance IH et promouvoir l’amélioration continue.
- Encadrer et coacher les équipes IH au sein du hub santé.
- Agir en tant qu’acheteur informé pour les services IH externes et superviser leur prestation.
- Intégrer les pratiques IH dans les plans de réponse aux urgences et de gestion de crise.
- Collaborer avec les autorités réglementaires, organismes externes et ONG pour la promotion de l’IH.
- Maintenir des dossiers IH précis conformément aux exigences réglementaires et à celles de bp.
- Appliquer des indicateurs financiers et opérationnels pour hiérarchiser les risques IH et démontrer la valeur à long terme.
Critères essentiels :
- Qualification de niveau universitaire (par ex. : Licence, BOHS CertOH, OHTACertOH) en hygiène industrielle ou hygiène du travail.
- Adhésion ou certification auprès d’un organisme professionnel reconnu.
- Minimum 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle en hygiène industrielle, de préférence dans le secteur pétrolier et gazier ou industries connexes.
- Expérience avérée dans la mise en œuvre de programmes IH et la gestion de la conformité.
- Solide compréhension des réglementations en matière de santé, sécurité et bien-être ainsi que des standards opérationnels de bp.

- Excellentes compétences en communication et en engagement des parties prenantes.
- Capacité à prendre des décisions éclairées dans des situations complexes en s’appuyant sur une expertise technique.
- Approche proactive face aux risques émergents pour la santé et à l’amélioration.
Travel Requirement : Up to 10% travel should be expected with this role.
