bp is looking for a Cyber Behavioural Support Analyst to join our global Cyber Behaviours team within Digital Governance, Risk & Compliance (DGRC). This team plays a key role in fostering transparency, accountability and trust by promoting strong governance, effective risk management and regulatory compliance; helping bp balance security with usability and proactively address cyber threats. In this role, you will help drive a culture of strong cyber‑security behaviours across bp.

You will provide specialist support for our cyber behavioural digital products, contribute to product enhancements, and assist with key initiatives that strengthen cyber safety and user engagement.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of cyber behavioural products, including the human risk dashboard, nudge‑intervention tools and phishing platforms.
  • Feed user feedback and research into the broader team to support product enhancement.
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives, particularly leveraging AI and automation to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage incoming queries from employees and support communication channels.
Experience & Education
  • Tertiary education and/or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a similar role within a large, global organisation.
  • Skills in measurement and evaluation, using data and feedback to assess behavioural impact.
  • A user‑centric attitude with the ability to translate behavioural insights into improved digital product features.
  • Strong project‑management capabilities and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Effective communication and relationship‑building skills across regions and stakeholder levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
