About the role:
As a Cloud & Enterprise Technology Procurement Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting delivery of category strategies, guidance across the globe, aligning procurement activities with global & regional business strategies, and driving value through collaboration and innovation. You will act as the primary contact for suppliers, manage relationships, and ensure compliance with bp’s safety and risk management standards.
In this role you will:
- Category Delivery & Regional Alignment
- Deliver category performance, meeting safety and compliance metrics
- Consolidate demand plans and develop strategies based on local market insights
- Support managing supplier performance
- Unlock value in line with category management policies
- Team Integration & Collaboration
- Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement
- Represent regional interests within category teams and across procurement
- Develop technical capabilities and embrace bp’s values and psychological safety

What you will need to be successful:
- Knowledge of category management principles (theoretical or practical)
- Strong partner management and influencing skills in complex, multinational environments
- Analytical skills, critical thinking, commercial foresight, and experience driving continuous improvement
- Ability to solve problems, manage risk, and lead change initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including storytelling and engagement
