We are looking for a Reward Delivery Advisor to join our team supporting Castrol across the UK and Europe. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on reward design and implementation, working across a range of initiatives that support both regional and global priorities. The position combines hands-on work with project-based activity, offering variety and the opportunity to contribute to both immediate business needs and longer-term strategic initiatives.
- Advising on the design and implementation of reward programmes across multiple countries
- Contributing to or leading projects that address business priorities and emerging challenges
- Analysing internal and external data to inform reward decisions
- Ensuring all solutions align with policies, governance, and regulatory requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with data. Good understanding of regulatory and legal considerations in reward. Commercial awareness and a practical approach to solving business problems. Experience and expertise in managing group Bonus/ Sales Incentive/ Long Term Incentive/ Exec Comp will be a plus.
