About the job: This is a role within the Castrol organisation and the successful candidate will become part of the Castrol ring-fence. If you are part of the ring-fence, it is expected that your employment will move with Castrol to new ownership. We are looking for a Reward Delivery Advisor to join our team supporting Castrol across the UK and Europe. This role sits within our People & Culture function and offers the opportunity to shape reward programmes with global impact. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on reward design and implementation, working across a range of initiatives that support both regional and global priorities. You will collaborate closely with partners across the business to understand their needs and develop practical, compliant, and commercially aligned solutions. The position combines hands-on work with project-based activity, offering variety and the opportunity to contribute to both immediate business needs and longer-term strategic initiatives.

What you will be doing:

  • Advising on the design and implementation of reward programmes across multiple countries
  • Contributing to or leading projects that address business priorities and emerging challenges
  • Partnering with People & Culture and business partners to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Analysing internal and external data to inform reward decisions
  • Ensuring all solutions align with policies, governance, and regulatory requirements
  • Keeping up to date with market practices and reward trends globally

  • Significant experience in total reward, gained in a corporate or consulting environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with data
  • Clear and effective communication, with the confidence to influence and challenge when needed
  • Experience working with partners across different functions, regions, or cultures
  • Good understanding of regulatory and legal considerations in reward
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • A proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • A team-oriented perspective and an interest in continuous improvement
