Role purpose
The Expert Technologist Data Management leads data transformation and AI-enablement across Castrol Product Technology, accelerating the adoption of scalable digital solutions that improve decision-making, data quality and business value. The role partners closely with digital and technical teams to embed modern data practices, strengthen data ecosystems, and unlock advanced analytics and AI opportunities.
Key accountabilities
- Lead data transformation initiatives across Castrol Product Technology, enabling advanced analytics, AI and data science applications through improved data quality, structure and standardisation.
- Drive adoption of strategic digital solutions by working with end users, supporting early-stage discovery, shaping solution design, and ensuring successful deployment into day-to-day workflows.
- Expand and optimise digital ecosystems, integrating new data sources and converting fragmented datasets into scalable solutions.
