This role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative food service strategies across BP Oil UK Ltd, enhancing customer experience and commercial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Agility core practices to develop, implement, and lead new food service offerings and improvements.
- Apply Analytical Thinking and Customer data knowledge to identify market trends, customer needs, and performance gaps within the food service sector.
- Develop and implement strategies that demonstrate strong Commercial Acumen, ensuring profitability and return on investment for food service initiatives.
- Effectively communicate food service strategies, plans, and results to internal and external stakeholders through strong Communication skills.
- Champion Customer centric thinking, ensuring all food service developments prioritize and enhance the customer experience.
- Leverage Data visualization and interpretation skills to present complex data insights in an accessible and actionable format for decision-making.
- Facilitate Digital Collaboration within cross-functional teams to streamline food service development processes.
- Maintain and expand Industry knowledge and advocacy within the food service and retail sectors, identifying standard methodologies and competitive advantages.
